Mr. Aitch Tutoring provides personalized academic support through one-on-one and group tutoring sessions. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful learning environment for all clients.
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website (Acuity).
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged the full session fee.
Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include: Stripe, Venmo, or other listed options.
Refunds are not provided after a session has started.
In cases of tutor absence or emergency, the session will be rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded.
Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared with relevant materials (homework, textbooks, devices).

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund.
For online sessions, students should have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.
Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to participate.
By booking on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian agrees to all terms herein.
We collect basic personal information such as your name, contact details, and academic level solely for providing services.
Your information will never be sold or shared without your permission.
Session notes and communication are kept confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
Materials provided during tutoring (worksheets, videos, slides, etc.) are for personal educational use only.
Sessions may not be recorded without prior consent from both parties.
You may not distribute or reuse tutoring materials without written permission.
Mr. Aitch Tutoring is committed to providing high-quality educational support.
However, we do not guarantee specific academic results.
Student success depends on individual effort and consistency.
